He led the company through multiple years of high growth until negotiating its sale to Royal Philips for $1.3 billion. Glenn’s prior board service includes Valley Proteins (private), Axion BioSystems (private), Kenall Manufacturing (private), X-Ray Optical Systems (private) and Fuel Cell Energy (NASDAQ:FCEL).
